The Concept of Second Home International

 
  • Second Home International is the largest, international show in the field of second homes in Europe: countries from around the world are represented at this show. The previous edition (autumn 2011) attracted 3.382 high quality visitors and spring 2011 attracted 5.803 high quality visitors. Especially in the current economical climate it is very important to show your company and meet with (potential) clients.

  • Second Home International is also the most reliable show: we already exist for 15 years with two editions per year, in March and in October. The previous edition in the autumn of 2011 was the 30th edition!

  • For the next exhibitions we are going to use the Client Portal, the cross-road where marketing information, actions, statistics and leads come together. Through the Client Portal you can enter the catalogue data, the press information and you can send your digital invitation cards from here. This results in a maximum of exhibition efficiency!

  • We conduct a striking promotion campaign. We advertise in Dutch newspapers like De Telegraaf as well as in magazines and special interest journals like Huis & Aanbod. Of course we communicate extensively on the internet.

  • By continuously monitoring the market, we learned that potential home buyers have a great demand for reliable information and solid advice. During our next Second Home International edition we will therefore organise seminars again by dependable parties (e.g. Van Lanschot Bankiers).

  • Participation at Second Home International means free use of our portal www.findyoursecondhome.com where you can offer your homes and can promote your portfolio online with photos and videos. This generates extra exposure before and during the show!
