Standard stands

You can order uniform stand construction with us, this is our so-called Comfort Package.


The Comfort Package can be orderd for € 65,- per square metre (ex VAT). This is a stand construction with system walls, excluding furniture:

  • Black walls 250 cm in height 
  • Fascia text eyecatcher 
  • Name on fascia
  • Escolita carpet tiles, anthracite 
  • 3 kW power supply with double power point including consumption 
  • 1 spot light on rail per 4 square metre 
  • Daily cleaning
  • Tape

Please note that exhibition space below 21 square metre is only offered in combination with a comfort package.

Your Expo-adviser

Jaarbeurs Utrecht ExpoPoint offers professional help with exhibition organization. This way, you can focus on your marketing and the potential visitors. For each exhibition you will have a dedicated contact person, an Expo-adviser. With your adviser you can arrange for furniture, the fascia stand text, ICT facilities, special stands, cleaning and technical facilities:

Sizes of the Comfort stand walls

The walls of a comfort package stand have specific sizes because they exist of seperate panels. This is of importance when you want to create posters for your stand!

Outside measure
A panel is 1 metre in width and 2,5 metre in height. NOTE: the complete number of panels in your stand determines the total outside size.

Inside measure
Each panel has an aluminum profile so that the inside measure always is smaller. The profile is 3 cm on all four sides (top, bottom, left & right). This means that the inside size of one panel is 96 x 244 cm.
