This detached house is situated in the nature reserve Valle d'Orfento, around Caramanico Therme, overlooking the village, near the Orfento valley, which is one of the most beautiful valleys in Abruzzo. Here, you can take beautiful walks through the woods and along streams with crystal-clear water. Caramanico Therme has been a well-known health resort since time immemorial, and even now there are thermal spas with sulphite-rich water and mud baths, good for the skin and bones. The house is close to a GR hiking trail through the beautiful nature.

The distance to the beach is about 45 minutes, the distance to the ski resorts is also 45 minutes.

The house is built in the rustic style with large rough stones, and actually consists of two parts: a separate room with its own entrance with a large kitchen where also a sofa bed can be placed and with a private bathroom. And the main house, consisting of a kitchen, a living room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interior of the house has been renovated.

The house is very suitable as a holiday home, but also for holding (yoga) retreats, especially because of its quiet location in the beautiful countryside.
