About Lustica Development

Luštica Development, a subsidiary of Swiss-based Orascom Development Holding (ODH), was founded as a joint venture between ODH (90%) and the government of Montenegro (10%) in 2008. The project, worth 1.1 billion euros, is the first greenfield investment in Montenegro. Environmental stewardship, preserving the cultural heritage and architectural authenticity of Montenegro, with deep respect for the interests of the local communities, are an integral part of Luštica Development’s culture. Shielded from the tourist buzz and dense traffic, the peninsula offers isolation in its most affirmative meaning, and is yet merely 15 minutes away from the main UNESCO protected sites in Montenegro, impressive and authentic Mediterranean villages, localities and beaches, and the nearby airport connects you easily and promptly to the most European destinations year round. More than 12 years of experience in turning our vision for Luštica Bay into reality, Luštica Development has some of the most experienced, knowledgeable and connected leadership in the real estate, tourism and hospitality sectors spanning different countries across continents with diverse cultures. With more than 500 units sold to date, and a diverse buyers pool from more than 50 different countries, the ambitious goal of creating a new town within the Luštica Bay project is becoming an assured reality.
