Detached property in Myrties

This complex, built in 2008, is located in Myrties on the beautiful island of Kalymnos. It consists of a main house and three guest houses. The houses are situated in such a way that all of them have a magnificent sea- and a breathtaking sunset view.

They are all very well maintained and stylishly decorated in the traditional Greek island style.

The main house
The main house consists of two levels. The ground floor measures 130 sqm and has an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a magnificent fireplace, a bedroom with direct access to the garden and pool, a bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor, with an area of 50sqm, there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and an incredible view.

The guest houses
The three independent guest houses, with 40 square metres of living space, each contain a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. They are located on a hill, so the view will remain unspoilt. The garden around the houses is full of flowers, bushes and trees, providing lovely colours and scents. All guest houses have easy access to the pool.

This beautiful complex is located only a 5-minute walk from the sea and the nearest beach is Myrties.

Location
The fourth-largest island of the Dodecanese, Kalymnos, is mountainous with fertile valleys. Kalymnos is the island of the sponge divers. Its natural beauty includes caves, magnificent beaches, wild nature, which makes it a small paradise.
The village of Myrties is situated between Melitsaxas and Masouri, near the climbing area. The climbers can enjoy during their holidays, the beach, the small shops, the typical Greek taverns, the small boat for the island of Telendos and the different cliffs of Myrties.
