Located in the beautiful two-season playground of La Toussuire with its car-free centre and perfect for families at an altitude of 1750m and situated within the hidden gem of the French Alps, that of 310km of Les Sybelles ski area, the 4th largest linked ski area in France, this brand new project will consist of 17, luxury, south and west facing, 2 – 6 bedroom flats to be built with old wood and stone. Ideally located just a 3 – 4-minute walk from the ski lifts and a stone’s throw from the centre and the ability to ski in close to the residence, each flat will come with a private balcony or terrace.
Enjoying skiing in 6 beautiful villages, 4 of which are at altitudes of 1650 – 1750m, along with all the domain connections and much of the skiing above 2000m, combined with many of the slopes facing north, makes this a snow-sure domain. Here you will find everything you could wish for, a cruiser’s paradise, abundant off-piste, long alpine runs, breathtaking views and great snow.
Having sold flats in previous developments in the resort to people from the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK and France and built by a developer with more than 40 years’ experience in building mountain properties, these properties are being sold as Classic Freehold homes with no rental obligation for those who do not want to rent. For those who want to rent it out when not using it, there is the option to reclaim VAT of 20% of the purchase price. Contact us for more information.

With the Orelle cable car opened in 2021, just a 40-minute drive from La Toussuire, those who fancy a day in the 3 Valleys can climb from 900m to 3200m to the top of Les Cimes Carron above Val Thorens in just 19 minutes. The ski resorts of St Francois de Longchamp/Valmorel (160 km) and Valloire/Valmeinier (165 km) are also each just a 40-minute drive away. They all have different lift passes, but essentially you have more than 1235 km of skiing around you if you include Sybelles.
Infrastructure improvements are underway in the ski area. The first phase of the brand new cable car ‘Cote du Bois’ is now fully operational, while phase 2, which goes up to 2441m to access l’Ouillon in the centre of the ski area, will open for winter 25/26. Once phase 2 is complete, it aims to create the highest leisure park in the Alps.
In the town of St Jean de Maurienne, just 20 minutes from La Toussuire, the future international train station is also under construction. It will connect Paris – Lyon – Chambery – St Jean de Maurienne – Turin – Milan and is the largest infrastructure project in Europe.
