These six modern flats are built with high-quality building materials and have nice sea views from the living room. The bottom two flats do not have this but therefore have a corner garden where you can stay. The remaining flats have an extra reinforced deep balcony, where there is space for a barbecue, dining table, beanbags, for example.

Upon entering the complex, a staircase and lift are in the middle. Around this is a communal area, decorated with tropical plants. Each flat has its own (sheltered) swimming pool, which is not accessible to others. A detail to mention is that all the ceilings are high (3 metres) and the glass windows are also custom-made. The windows are sliding.

The flats have three rooms: one elongated living room and two bedrooms separated by a bathroom. It is also still possible to convert one of the two bedrooms into an extra room next to the living room. The glass wall separating the living room from the second room can be taken out.
