Paradise for nature lovers!
Experience the true magic of Swedish nature, with stunning scenery that offers something special every season. Think snowy forests in winter and long, sunny summer days. Sweden has it all, but not every location is as perfect as Aspe 4 Seasons. Here we have carefully chosen a place where every season comes together in harmony, with an excellent climate and good accessibility from the Netherlands.
Right on the idyllic Lake Aspsjön you will find the exclusive PARQ project. Here you choose from 75 spacious plots with stunning views over the water. You not only own your plot, but also share in the ownership of the surrounding nature. A valuable investment for the future! Our stylish homes, in three different designs, are delivered turnkey and optionally fully furnished.
The unique location, located near the border with Norway, offers you the chance to step directly from your home into nature. Whether you enjoy hiking, biking, skiing or kayaking, the possibilities for outdoor activities are endless. With pure air, crystal clear water and vast forests, this is the place where you really get back in touch with nature.
Known for its pristine nature, this region attracts outdoor enthusiasts year-round, both in summer and winter. Although Aspe is a quiet, natural oasis, you are never far from lively towns like Torsby and Sunne, where all amenities are within easy reach.
The climate
In Värmland, you experience the luxury of four distinct seasons. Summers are long and warm, with temperatures that can reach 25°C, while winters are cold and snowy, with temperatures dropping to -15°C. With 750 mm of precipitation per year, there is even less rainfall than in the Netherlands, making the climate here especially attractive.
Magical days and nights
The seasons play an important role in Aspe. In summer, the days remain endlessly long, with daylight up to 11 p.m. – perfect for a long walk or an evening at the lake. In winter, despite the short days, the snow creates a bright, almost magical atmosphere even during the darkest months.
Easily accessible
Aspe is surprisingly close. By car, there are several routes from the Netherlands: via Denmark’s bridges, the ferry from Puttgarden to Rødby, or the night boat from Kiel to Gothenburg. Starting in 2028, the new Fehmarnbelt Tunnel will further reduce travel time via Denmark.
Flying is even faster: from Schiphol Airport you can reach Oslo in less than two hours. From Oslo Gardermoen Airport it is only 170 kilometers to Aspe, a drive of about two hours. For those who want to travel by train, the drive to Torsby takes about six hours. Torsby even has its own airport, with flights via Stockholm, which gets you there even faster.
