The complex consists of 2 main 2-floor buildings which contain 4 apartments of two bedrooms each. There will be 8 units of 88,24 m² each, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartments have a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, two bedrooms, two bathroom, and a storage room. The open plan design of the kitchen, dining and living area, in combination with the big openings in front of them offer a sense of continuity from the inside to the outside of the apartment and the amazing view.

The communal swimming pool is situated in front of the buildings. The detailed design of the surrounding of the complex create different spaces of relaxation and it is composed by landscaped gardens, flowers, olive trees, paved courtyards, terraces, and parking area.

Prices range from 220.000€ to 240.000€. The construction of the project has already started and the apartments will be delivered in summer 2027. Our company will have the maintenance and the management of the development. Also the management of the rentals when someone will decide to exploit the apartment as a holiday rental. We are also offering a 3-price level furnishing solution in Mediterranean style (comfort, premium and exclusive), in cooperation with a furniture company. Each apartment will have a place in the pool with 2 sunbeds and sun umbrella. Also a parking/carport space constructed with wood & bamboo rolls.
