Grotelsche Heide is part of a 115-hectare diverse nature reserve. With coniferous and deciduous forests, meadows, peat bogs, pools and watercourses. Rental and own use

For Landal Grotelsche Heide, Landal GreenParks handles the exclusive rental, marketing and administration on behalf of the owners. The homeowners of Landal Grotelsche Heide become members of the VvE, which supervises the maintenance of the homes, facilities and infrastructure of the park. It also makes agreements with the rental and management organisation. Rental is compulsory at this park. The accommodation is available for rental at least 44 weeks a year and 8 weeks for the owner’s own use.
