Landal Klein Oisterwijk

Landal Klein Oisterwijk can rightly be called a gem. The park is naturally embedded in a unique and surprising landscape with beautiful forests, fens and heaths. And this park is only going to shine even more with the new plans! In the coming years, some 324 new, sustainable and luxurious holiday lodges will be built, including a contemporary new centre building with many facilities.

Redevelopment – phase 2

By 2023, no fewer than 40 brand-new lodges will have been completed and gone into rental in the first phase. Since March, we have been focusing on the second phase. That’s when we started selling several completely new house types. The new 4-, 6- and 8-berth homes are characterised not only by their unique appearance and contemporary interiors with plenty of comfort and luxury, but also by various extras such as indoor and outdoor wellness, plunge pool and outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

Ready for now and the future

Landal Klein Oisterwijk is located in a wooded area. It is of great importance to treat it sparingly and responsibly. At the current park, a lot has already been invested in preserving but also enhancing this landscape. This has resulted in Klein Oisterwijk being awarded the Green Key certificate. The park also handles energy and water consciously. For example, the park has its own solar panel park, which supplies the central facilities with electricity. Rainwater is collected in the abundant ponds and streams. The new developments also meet the need for electric charging stations and charging points for e-bikes.

Rental and own use

The holiday lodges at Klein Oisterwijk will only be offered as an investment property. Landal GreenParks will handle the exclusive rental for Klein Oisterwijk. Landal’s focus is on year-round rental of all holiday lodges, with the aim of offering investors the most attractive net return possible. There is, however, a limited possibility (5 weeks per year, 2 of which are in the high season) to use the investment yourself.
