Welcome to Landal Olde Kottink, a natural holiday park in the middle of a beautiful rolling landscape with winding roads between meadows and through forests. The 66 sustainable recreation villas in two different types that will be built here have a clear and pure design and are contemporary in terms of technology, luxury and comfort. These recreation villas will be built by quality partner Van Wijnen. They are designed and placed in such a way that they become part of the surrounding nature and further surroundings. From every villa there is an unobstructed view of nature. The plots are spacious with an average area of 550 m². There are plenty of options to personalise your chosen villa. Think of; execution type, colour and interior package.
The park and facilities
Central facilities such as reception and wellness can be found right at the park entrance. Here you can get fresh rolls and local products in the morning. The wellness area is a real attraction and is equipped with all modern conveniences. After a long walk, you can relax here in the sauna, Turkish steam bath or hot tub. Large glass windows give a view of the Dinkel, the ‘natural pool’, here you can take a refreshing dip directly from the wellness area and relax optimally. You will also find a small indoor play paradise. A perfect place for children to climb, scramble, play games and make new friends.
Surroundings
Landal Olde Kottink is located against a Natura 2000 area on the river Dinkel. Few rivers in the Netherlands have such a beautiful natural character. When you walk around here, you see old oak trees, endless greenery and a river with a play beach. The area offers many opportunities for walkers and cyclists; the Twente forests, heathlands, sand drifts, rivers, streams, hedgerows, grain fields, chic estates and picturesque villages are all worth a visit. A 15-minute drive away is Ootmarsum with its picturesque streets and nice squares. Ootmarsum is known as the art town of the eastern Netherlands. With Germany literally around the corner, it is worth visiting a foreign city for a day. The popular Bad Bentheim is just a 20-minute drive away. For children there is also plenty in the area, Avonturenpark Hellendoorn is not far away and so is the Museumfabriek.
Rental options and own use
Landal GreenParks takes care of the administration and rental of your property. They take care of all the administration and arranging and ensure that any problems with the accommodation are rectified. Through continuous optimisation, they ensure that you get the highest possible return on your investment. Incidentally, you can also use your home yourself; renting it out at Landal Olde Kottink is not compulsory. If you would like to use it yourself, you can do so for a maximum of 10 weeks per year, of which a maximum of 4 weeks in the high season. This way, you not only benefit from the return, but also have a wonderful time. If you choose to rent out the entire property, this is possible, if desired, with a 5-year return and rental guarantee.
