Landal Sprengerheide

At a unique location on the high Veluwe, in the rich nature reserve of Epe, you will find Landal Sprengerheide. A car-free park with a total of 104 spacious forest lodges is being built at this unique location in the middle of nature. The first phase consists of 33 sustainable and detached 4 and 6-person recreation homes on spacious plots. The plots will be divided by means of a flat right, you will become a cadastral owner. Sustainability has also been taken into account: all lodges are built ecologically and there are charging stations.

These forest lodges excel in both finish and comfort: from the modern kitchen with ATAG appliances to the luxurious finishing details in the bathroom! Each house has a large covered terrace with Green Egg outdoor kitchen and underfloor heating. For extra luxury, some also come with a splash pool or hot tub. This is undisturbed luxury recreation in a sustainable, modern forest lodge with nature at your front door.

The holiday park offers various facilities, including a children’s play area, bike rental, laundrette, several playgrounds and a reception with a catering facility/coffee corner where you can also get a bite to eat. Peace, luxury, nature, it is interesting to stay here in all seasons.

The surrounding area

With nature reserves such as the Renderklippen, the Heerderstrand and the children’s experience trails of ‘t Eperholt, there are countless attractions for the whole family. Through the endless cycling and walking networks, you will discover all the wildlife the area has to offer. The Big Five of the Veluwe – the Scottish Highlander, red deer, wild boar, roe deer and fox – can all be found in the Epe area. Some even speak of a Big Six or Big Seven, as the badger and the mouflon would not be out of place in this list. Not to mention the hundreds of bird species that enrich the area with their cheerful songs!

The rental of the accommodation is compulsory and falls under the professional management of Landal Greenparks, the largest provider of holiday homes for rent throughout the Netherlands. In the construction of these holiday homes, the social call for sustainable building is heeded. This creates an excellent return base with indicative yields ranging from 5.2% to 6.4%.
