The holiday park is located on the beautiful IJsselmeer, near the attractive town of Workum in Friesland, where tranquillity, nature and water sports come together.The sustainable, luxury recreation villas offer plenty of privacy, a high comfort level and will be placed in phases on a spacious private plot of approximately 280-350 m². All the ingredients for ultimate enjoyment in one of the most special places in the Netherlands.
Our luxurious, comfortable and detached recreation villas for 4 or 6 people give a spacious feeling, as they are equipped with high windows. The future-proof recreation villas are fully electric and therefore completely gas-free. They are also equipped with solar panels and an indoor storage room. The holiday homes are built in accordance with the Buildings Decree.
Comfortable and luxuriously furnished
The recreation home has a spacious living room luxuriously furnished with TV, dining room and kitchen. The luxury kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with built-in extractor fan, combination oven and dishwasher. Two bedrooms have 2 x single box-spring beds, a TV and ample storage space. The 2 luxurious, spacious ensuite bathrooms have a washbasin and a walk-in rain shower. The house has a separate toilet. If required, the holiday homes can be delivered fully furnished. During the purchase process, it is possible to configure the home completely as desired, in collaboration with the builder.
