FINISHES & FURNITURE
All apartments are delivered with high-quality finishes. This project is delivered with a residential permit and therefore it is not possible to rent the apartments at this time. Clients are free to purchase their own furniture and furnish the apartments.
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS & KEY DELIVERY
Construction will start this summer and the builder expects to build for 18 months. Completion of construction is therefore expected in the 4th quarter of 2025. Once construction is complete, the Town Hall inspection will be requested and once everything is approved, the Town Hall will issue the final residential license for the resort. From this date, when the license is issued, it will be possible to schedule the notarial deeds for the final payment, become the owner and receive the keys to your brand new, luxury apartment.
