Park Drentheland also builds recreation homes that are fully electric. An advantage for you as an owner is that the heat pump is low-maintenance and can both cool and heat. The electricity required for the heat pump is generated by the solar panels. This home includes:

Park Drentheland is a proven successful park with an 8.8 on Zoover. You can hike, cycle and horse ride endlessly. There is plenty of room for rest, relaxation and adventure. The park consists of a chalet park, campsite and part with various detached holiday homes. Park Drentheland offers various facilities, such as an outdoor swimming pool, various pieces of playground equipment, a tennis court, a miniature golf course and a recreational forest. For horse lovers, a luxurious horse stable is available. In addition to horses, dogs are also welcome! At the stables, you can enjoy a delicious snack and drink. The expansion of the park includes the development of a new catering facility.
The surroundings
Forests, moors and dune landscapes alternate and are the source for a variety of activities. Something for everyone! There are watchtowers spread over the area, where you can enjoy the most beautiful views. Here you can walk for hours and for cyclists there are numerous routes, unique are the listening routes where you can listen to the stories of the area. This area has no less than 175 kilometres of bridle paths, a paradise for horse lovers. The cosy villages of Appelscha, Meppel, and Assen are also well worth a visit. You can sit down on a terrace, go shopping or visit a fair during the summer months. You will also find several theme parks in the area, such as Sprookjeshof in Zuidlaren and Wildlands in Emmen. Rental options and own use
Park Drentheland arranges the rental, management and maintenance of the homes and the park. They are also the point of contact for tenants and take care of the administrative processing of bookings. So you are completely unburdened. There is collaboration with tour operators to realise as many rental bookings as possible. This ensures that you get the highest possible return on your investment. Rental at Park Drentheland is compulsory, but you can also use your home for nine weeks.
