Description

Should you have always dreamed of having your own home in the tropics; we can realise many of your wishes, together with a team of Dutch, English and Gambian professionals. We buy land for you in beautiful and peaceful locations that comply with local rules and regulations. We also guide you in choosing the right home to build, from modern to classic, that can withstand the characteristics of the tropical climate. We had one of the houses designed in collaboration with a Dutch architect, where the 15-metre-long swimming pool partially disappears into the house, so that you can dive straight into the water from your bedroom.

 

We currently have about six plots we can present to you, all of which comply with strict rules and laws. All these “plots” are located between 1.5 and 2.3 kilometres from the beach and near Sanyang, a quiet village 25 minutes’ drive from the popular “Strip”. The area of the plots vary between 900 and 2,400 m2, and are all richly planted with palm and mango trees.
