GENERAL:

This modernly furnished villa has a hallway, living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a storage room.

The ground floor has a tiled floor with underfloor heating. The upper floor has a linoleum floor. The bedroom located there has a radiator.

Through the hall you enter the living room with a seating area with 2 spacious sofas, a separate armchair, coffee table, TV furniture and 2 side tables.

The furniture was renewed in 2019. The living room gives access to the terrace and garden through a sliding door (renewed in 2021).

A generous dining table that can accommodate 6 people and a narrow high cabinet for glassware and the like complete the living space.

The villa has a spacious private parking space for the car. The gas tank is out of sight between 2 ivy hedges.

GARDEN AND TERRACE:

The garden is L-shaped with colourful plants and has a playground. Due to its location, the garden offers a lot of privacy.

Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds with a bedside table. Furthermore, this bedroom has enough space to store / hang the clothes.

In the brand new bathroom with velux window with integrated blackout roller blind you will find a luxurious walk-in shower with a thermostatic rain shower set (combination of hand and rain shower), a new modern 2-person washbasin unit with 2 taps and 2 large storage drawers, large mirror and socket.

KITCHEN:
