Our strength lies partly in a broad core business that encompasses the following key activities: the (re)development of holiday parks, the sale of holiday homes to private individuals and professional investors, and the rental of these second homes to private and corporate guests. Another major asset is our wide product portfolio, ranging from glamping tents and chalets to solidly built holiday homes, through which we position and distinguish ourselves in the market.

We have experienced strong company growth because, in the three-step formula of (re)development, sales, and rentals, we make careful and well-considered choices aimed at reaching the European top, guided from our head office in Amersfoort. In our vision and services, we strive to stay close to our DNA as a truly Dutch company, while at the same time further developing our holiday parks, holiday homes, and people in line with our international ambitions. We have succeeded in this, in part thanks to EuroParcs entering into a partnership with investment company Waterland Private Equity Investments in 2019, which has provided us with the necessary momentum and financial strength. With more than 50 holiday parks across the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, and Austria, EuroParcs has become a leading player in the Netherlands and is rapidly expanding beyond its borders.
