The technical office “Athanasios Kasolas-Aikaterini Mavridou & Co.” started its activity in 2009, based in the city of Vonitsa. We are also active in the nearby settlement of Palairos and the island of Lefkada. The technical office deals with studies and construction of new homes, but also with renovations of old buildings, topographic diagrams, regularization of illegal constructions, energy inspections, fire protection studies, studying and construction of livestock units. It also undertakes the preparation of files for housing integration in subsidized European programs, “Home Energy Savings” and studies of livestock units for their inclusion in subsidized programs. The company has also been active in the construction of rented and touristically furnished residences incorporated into NSRF and development law.
