Luštica Development, a subsidiary of Swiss-based Orascom Development Holding (ODH), was founded as a joint venture between ODH (90%) and the government of Montenegro (10%) in 2008. The project, worth 1.1 billion euros, is the first greenfield investment in Montenegro.
