These can be delivered to any construction site within 12 weeks of order. This gives you time to find a plot and prepare it for construction.

The Aava model is available in different sizes: 60, 80, 100 and 120 square meters. This model stands out with large windows and a luxurious, modern finish. It can be built as a single- or two-story version. We also offer many customization options, so that personal wishes can be easily accommodated. To further inspire you, we have included photos of other home models to give you a good idea of the many possibilities. All homes are produced by hand and machine in our factory in Finland, using high-quality and sustainable wood. The wood fiber insulation makes our houses energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
