Villa Resort Golf de Gascogne

Welcome to ‘Villa Resort Golf de Gascogne’ located in Le Gers, a for many undiscovered department in the south-west of France. You do not go there for spectacle, but for the tranquillity of the undulating landscape, forests, vineyards, sunflower fields and the many lakes.

The domain of Villaresort Golf de Gascogne is located just outside Masseube. Here you are away from the stresses and strains of home and start enjoying the space and tranquillity of the Gers. Golf de Gascogne and its surroundings offer a wide range of leisure activities, of course our challenging 9-hole golf course (18 departures) but also a lovely swimming pool, hiking trails, cycling and a riding school nearby. There are several water sports lakes nearby. The ski slopes of the Pyrenees are less than an hour away, such as Bigorre and Saint Lary Soulan. So you won’t be bored here in winter either.

On no less than 30 hectares of land belonging to the ‘Golf de Gascogne’ golf club, the small-scale Villa Resort is being developed.

Ten villas have already been built and are occupied. The typically French villas will be situated around the golf course. Spacious plots starting from 500 m2, allow each property to be fully appreciated. The villas exude a rural French atmosphere, where peace, privacy and space are important features. You can choose from three types of homes. Spacious but above all cosy houses with 2 / 3 bedrooms where living comfort is a priority.

These beautiful villas are excellent for permanent living, but also for holidays. It is also possible to rent them out when you are not using them yourself. If you love space, walking, cycling, golf, gastronomy, wine and history, this is the place to be.
