A horse-drawn sleigh ride in the snow is a special tip for romantics. Wrapped in cosy warm blankets, you move through the snowy landscape. The Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena offers seven sensational skiing areas, all of which can be reached quickly and meet all requirements. 142 km of slopes (106 km of which are snow-covered) and 56 cable cars are at your disposal. Skiing on the Zugspitze, in Ehrwald, Lermoos, Bieberwier, Bichlbach or Berwang means variety and unforgettable snow fun. Everything is there, from easy pistes for beginners and families to challenging slopes for experienced skiers.
Cross-country skiing is also an absolute pleasure. The view of the beautiful mountain panorama makes it a special experience. In total, the trail network covers more than 130 km, both classic and skating. The individual routes are varied and offer both ambitious and more leisurely athletes something suitable. The high-altitude cross-country trails and the snow-covered golf loop right at the foot of the Zugspitze guarantee snow conditions.
