The penthouse is accessed via a staircase on the side of the building. Upon entry, a spacious and bright living room welcomes you with high ceilings that create an airy and open atmosphere. Two sliding doors lead out to a large covered terrace with views of the tropical garden and the sea. Upstairs, you’ll find a loft area ideal for a home office, along with a bedroom that has its own en-suite bathroom. On the main floor, there is a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a third bedroom with its own bathroom and private balcony. All rooms have air conditioning and high-quality, low-maintenance tilt-and-turn windows and doors made in Germany. Combined with wall insulation, the AC system offers up to 30% savings on electricity for cooling.
