GARDEN:

The terraces are accessible on both sides of the holiday home through the two patio doors. On the terrace there is a spacious table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a snack on sultry evenings. On the other terrace there is a round table to enjoy in the shade on hot days. For the necessary shade there are umbrellas available.

In the garden you can also enjoy an outdoor shower.

CLASSIFICATION:

Entrance through the hall with access to the cosy master bedroom, luxury bathroom with walk-in rain shower and hanging toilet, spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area.

BEDROOMS:

There are 3 bedrooms.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double box spring bed and storage space for the clothes.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, both with two separate box spring beds, a wardrobe and fan. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets for the windows.

2ND BATHROOM:

On the first floor there is an extra second bathroom (with dormer window), with a walk-in rain shower, sink and a toilet

1ST BATHROOM:

In the recently renovated and modernised bathroom on the ground floor it is also all luxury. Beautiful tiles finished with robust wood make up the whole of this bathroom with walk-in rain shower, double sinks with built-in taps and a raised hanging toilet.

KITCHEN:

The L-shaped renewed and modernised open kitchen has a very complete kitchen equipment including a coffee filter machine, a Nespresso, milk frother, dishwasher, gas stove, oven and a spacious worktop with plenty of work space.

LIVING ROOM:

The living room has a seating area with a spacious corner sofa and cushions, a lovely lounge chair and a flat screen TV. Luxurious atmospheric lighting completes the picture. For the cold summer evening or cold winter there is a pleasant heating by means of underfloor heating.

The dining area has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a meal.

OTHER MATTERS:

Adjacent to the hall is a utility room with washing machine, freezer, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies. At the holiday home there is space to park 1 car on the beautiful spacious renovated driveway.
