On the quiet south-east coast of Rhodes, a short walk from the long beach at Gennadi, this property sits well back from the coast road on a fully fenced plot of 2,543 sqm. Gennadi is one of the larger villages in southern Rhodes, with a lived-in centre of whitewashed lanes, tavernas, cafés, shops, and a small medical centre. Its beach runs for several kilometres, a mix of sand and fine pebbles with clear water and plenty of room even in August. The renowned windsurfing beach at Prasonisi lies about 20 minutes south. Lindos, with its acropolis above the bay, is half an hour north. The south is noticeably quieter than the north, which is part of its appeal; Rhodes town and the main hospital are a little over an hour away.
