The villa
The seafront villa in Alissos has three bedrooms and one more in the attic. The main home is on the ground floor, where while entering, you walk into an open-concept space with a kitchen, a large dining area, an open-concept living space. An interesting feature here is the subtle division of the 80 sqm of the floor by introducing different levels for different areas. The living room is a couple of steps below the dining area, while the kitchen is on the same level, which indicates a natural continuation of the spaces. During the summer you can go swimming, do water sports and take walks along the beach. In the winter, you can enjoy watching the waves of the sea while sitting in the warmth of the fireplace. In the front outdoor area of the villa, a large terrace extends into a garden. A second terrace has space for a dining table and a BBQ facility in the rear.

Location
The port of Patras is about 20 km to the east, and the Araxos Airport is 10 km to the west. The property is right by the route from Patras to Ancient Olympia and Kyllini, the port to the Ionian Islands. In the city of Patras, just a 15-30 minutes drive, you can enjoy shopping and visit important sites, such as the Roman Amphitheater, the Church of St Andrew, or the Fortress of the city, to name a few. Trips to Ancient Olympia, Delphi, and other significant archaeological sites are also easy to make. The market closest to the house is located at about 3 km, with an easy bus connection. At a 20 minutes’ drive, you can enjoy the long sandy beach of Kalogria and visit the unique forest of Strofylia.
