Piandimeleto, Belforte and Carpegna, with good local amenities (shops, bakeries, banks, bars, restaurants, etc.), are approximately 2–6 km away. From the house and the terrace, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of Frontino (one of Italy’s most beautiful castles), Monte Carpegna and the unspoilt countryside. The property is situated at an altitude of approximately 420 metres above sea level. The famous Renaissance town of Urbino – probably Italy’s smallest university town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the birthplace of Raphael – constantly invites visitors to admire its enchanting blend of nature and architecture. But days by the sea, for example near Pesaro (the birthplace of Rossini), Fano (international jazz festivals, antiques market) or Riccione (a lively seaside resort), offer a contrast to the rural life amidst the beautiful natural surroundings of this charming house.
