The property is elevated and oriented to the south, offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, and proximity to the beaches of Burgau and Cabanas Velhas as well as the coastal hiking trails. Lagos is a 12-minute drive away, Sagres 20 minutes.

 

There is outside parking in front of the villa, and on the east side of the property there is a large carport with a separate entry gate. Another entry gate leads to a garden area and the main entrance on the first floor.

 

This first floor has a living room, dining area, and an open-plan kitchen. Large patio doors in the living room and kitchen open onto terraces and seating areas on the south and west side of the property.

The living room has air-conditioning (2023). The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A corridor leads to a bedroom on the north side of the property and a bathroom with shower. This bedroom has patio doors opening to a terrace on the northwest side.

 

A staircase leads to the second floor with the master bedroom, a third bedroom, and a large bathroom with bath. The master bedroom has patio doors giving private access to two large terraces, one on the south and one on the west side. The third bedroom has a balcony on the east. All bedrooms have built-in storage cabinets. The master bedroom has air-conditioning (2023).

 

Outside, large stairs to the left and right of the house lead down from the first floor to the ground floor level, where the pool (3.75m x 7.15m) is situated. The pool was renovated in January 2025 and is surrounded by large terraces and seating areas offering both sunshine and shadow. There are small, low-maintenance gardens on either side. The walls surrounding the property provide privacy and shelter against the wind.

 

Inside the house, the ground floor has another large room with patio doors opening to the pool area, a storage area and a staircase up to the first floor. This room can also be used as a fourth bedroom. There are possibilities for further extension of the house on this level.

 

Hot water is provided by a (propane) gas heater in a separate cabinet where also the washing machine is located. All rooms in the house have radiators for heating in wintertime using a large Piazzetta wood pellet-burning boiler. This central heating system can also be used with the gas heater for backup purposes. Furthermore, the living room and master bedroom AC units can provide for heating during cooler days. All bedrooms have a satellite TV connection, and internet can be established throughout the house with a SIM router. The house can easily be fitted with a solar PV system.

 

The house has been kept in good condition, improved over time, and the outside has been repainted in April 2026. The house is fully equipped with furniture, appliances, and all other necessities to serve as a holiday home right away but is also very suitable as a permanent residency or as an investment for rental.
